1HostingSolutions will not be responsible for any content posted by the customer. Customer agrees to not post copyrighted content without explicit information. Customer will not engage in illegal activities such as phishing and spamming.
Service Level Agreement (SLA):
1HostingSolutions does not automatically provide an SLA. All SLAs are separately negotiated contracts. 1HostingSolutions will strive to attain the highest level of availability and will not be liable for any loss of service, income, or inconveniences caused by any service outage not covered by a specific SLA.
Backups and Disaster Recovery:
1HostingSolutions does not automatically provide a backup plan unless separately negotiated. However, the cPanel WHM capabilites that come with the hosting packages provide the ability for customer to perform self backups. Customers should be responsible for backing up their own data and sites.
Domain Registrations: Domain Registrations through 1HostingSolutions is handled through GoDaddy Inc. As such, ICANN regulations and GoDaddy policies may apply.
Money Back Guarantee and Refund Policy: All NEW Hosting Package purchases come with a 14 day money back satisfaction guarantee. No refunds for Domain Name registrations.
Cancellation: Hosting Plans automatically renew monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on the payment plan you signed up for. If you wish to discontinue, please cancel your subscription via PayPal. 1HostingSolutions will use PayPal cancellation notices to terminate accounts. Cancellation is the responsibility of the customer. No refunds for late cancellations.
Privacy: 1HostingSolutions may share customer information with partners. 1HostingSolutions does not sell customer information.
