30 Day Guarantee Details

30-Day Money Back Guarantee entitles customers purchasing any Personal, Business or Corporate plan to receive a refund in the amount the first month’s recurring hosting charge ("Refund") if customer is not satisfied with the plan purchased and meets the qualifications described in these terms and conditions. Recurring hosting charge means the monthly recurring charge for hosting service for the plan excluding any add-on or optional services which are not included as part of the plan but are included as part of such plan’s monthly recurring charge. Set-up fees paid are not refundable and will not be refunded as part of the Refund.

In order to qualify for the Refund, customer must: (a) submit a billing ticket to 1 Hosting Solutions at billing@1HostingSolutions.com with "30-Day Money Back Guarantee" mentioned in the description of the issue prior to the 30th day following the date on which customer ordered the account for which customer is seeking the Refund, (b) terminate the service in accordance with the Terms of Service, and (c) request the Refund pursuant to this program.

Refunds will not be applied to accounts that are past-due or for accounts that are cancelled before the conditions for payment of the Refund are met. Refund will be applied to the credit card on file or, for all other payment methods, Refund will be mailed to Referrer at the address listed on the customer’s account within thirty (30) days following the month in which the conditions for the Refund, as described herein are met. Refunds will only be made to the name, address, and credit card account on file for the account. No Refund will be issued for accounts that are terminated by Interland in accordance with the Interland Terms of Service.
